I am still trying to figure out why do Governments of Trinidad and Tobago never pay much attention the differently abled community. This afternoon, I listened to our National Budget or should I say our Abled Bodied People's National Budget. The differently abled community was mentioned twice in a Budget speech which was approximately two hours long. The Government remembered us. Yippy...
